Data we collect
There is no registration, no member area and no payment system on this site. The contact form opens your own e-mail program: whatever you write goes straight to our mailbox and is not saved on any server of ours.
- Data you send us by e-mail: name, e-mail address, subject and the content of the message.
- Technical data recorded by the hosting provider while serving the page: IP address, browser type, date and time of access and the page requested.
What we use it for
Data sent by e-mail is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal where relevant and keep the thread of the conversation. Technical records serve the security and operation of the site. The legal bases are the steps taken at the data subject's request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service running.
Sharing
Personal data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. Only the provider that hosts the site and routes the e-mail has access to it, within what the service demands, together with public authorities when a legal duty applies.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. The typefaces come from an outside typography service, which may note the request according to its own rules. You can block cookies and external requests in your browser settings without losing access to the content.
Retention
Messages received are kept for as long as the conversation, or the business relationship arising from it, lasts, and afterwards for the period required by law or needed to defend our rights. Technical records follow the hosting provider's retention period.
Your rights
Under article 18 of Law No. 13.709/2018 you may ask for confirmation that your data is processed, access to it, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion, portability, information on sharing, and withdrawal of consent. Send the request to the e-mail in chapter 11; the reply arrives within 15 business days. Should you believe the processing breaks the law, you may file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
Security
The page reaches the visitor over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and no visitor data is kept in a database of our own. Only the people who answer enquiries can open the mailbox. No safeguard is absolute: should an incident carry relevant risk, the data subjects and the ANPD will be informed as the law lays down.
International transfer and external links
The hosting, e-mail and typeface providers may keep servers outside Brazil; any transfer takes place within the limits of article 33 of Law No. 13.709/2018. Links to third-party sites lead to environments with their own policies, which we do not control.
